17/17 Stone Label Elle Perfume by Xerjoff, Light yet grounded, 17/17 Stone Label Elle is a sweet, alluring floral oriental fragrance that layers accords of tantalizing citrus and heady white flowers over a woody base enhanced by nuances of tobacco, leather and balsam. Top notes are a sweet and tantalizing embrace of fruity-aromatic bergamot and bright neroli mingled with lovely lily of the valley, lush African orange flower and green hints of galbanum. Woods and florals harmonize at the heart, merging birch, cedar and enveloping patchouli with jasmine, rose, powdery iris and honeyed ylang-ylang. Base notes are a warm, magnetic blend of Tonkiphora balsam, leather, amber, musk and a sweet whisper of vanilla.
Elle was created by perfumer Christian Rostain as part of the Xj 17/17 Collection. The scent was launched by Xerjoff in 2007. Other popular feminine fragrances in the series include the sweet and woody chypre floral Damarose (2010) and the powdery floral woody musk Irisss (2008).
